The Goodwin and Kenyon Group is a private family based property and investment business based in Canberra. It was started in the 1960's and has progressed to be a major property owner, manager and developer with a specialization in retail property. The group is involved in commercial and residential developments primarily in Canberra and Sydney. Its members also invest in a number of early stage business ventures and they administer a portfolio of investments which complement its property activities.
The Group comprises of the Goodwin and Kenyon families which are represented by David and Richard Kenyon and Len Goodwin as principals. Its principals have qualifications in law, accounting and finance. The Group owns a number of prominent property assets including Marketplace Raymond Terrace and Campbelltown Homebase along with its various other investments.

The Larcombe family are significant landowners with a strong historical connection to the Queanbeyan area. They are committed to progressive sustainable farming and development practices alongside the conservation of key local biodiversity and landscapes. Over 400 ha of wildlife sanctuaries have been formally established through their not-for-profit Wandiyali Restoration Trust.
