Poplars is being planned and designed to provide spaces that foster collaboration and out-of-the-box thinking.
The development will provide a working environment where organisations can meet and work in synergy to explore concepts that may change our future.
By taking cues from the best workplaces, the Innovation Precinct provides for worker wellbeing with open green spaces, quality landscaped verges and a masterplan based upon sustainable development practices.
Poplars Developments is also working with the NSW Department of Education and Queanbeyan Palerang Regional Council (QPRC) to develop a Learning Precinct unparalleled in the region. This will be the home to a new STEM high school and linked to the existing Jerrabomberra Primary School.
Special care is being taken to support and foster the native grasslands of the site. Poplars Developments recognises the importance of sustainable development and leaving the environment in a better condition for future generations. We are working closely with the Wandiyali Restoration Trust who manage the Poplars Grassland Reserve. This partnership is focused on a restorative management program involving critically endangered and endangered ecological communities.
